Refund Cancellation

By subscribing to or purchasing services from Feel Education, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms:

  1. Subscription Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to the platform will remain active until the cycle ends.

  2. Refund Eligibility

    We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of initial payment for new subscriptions. Refunds will only be issued if:

    • The service was not used or accessed meaningfully.
    • You experienced a technical issue that prevented use, which was not resolved by our support team.
    • You submit a refund request within 7 days of payment.

    Refunds are not available for:

    • Renewals or recurring monthly/annual charges.
    • Partial usage or dissatisfaction after continued use of the platform.
    • Custom or specially negotiated service plans.
  3. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, contact us at 📧 feeleducation@gmail.com with your account details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

  4. Non-Refundable Services

    Fees paid for onboarding, training, consultation, or one-time services are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.

  5. Modifications to Policy

    Feel Education reserves the right to update or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
